Based in the Hunter Valley of NSW and established in 2018, Hunter Valley Development Services (HVDS) specialises in the provision of civil engineering and town planning services encompassing contract development assessment for local and state government, town planning services, development engineering, preparation, lodgement and management of development applications, statement of environmental effects, preparation of submissions to local and state government, traffic impact assessment, flooding and hydrology assessment, and drainage/onsite detention assessment.

HVDS also provides expert witness services in the Land and Environment Court of NSW, and can assist with your project management and site feasibility needs.
